Zallys electric transporters and platform trucks
Battery-powered platform trucks, trolleys, wheelbarrows and bar carriers that move tools, molds, rubble and long stock. Loads up to 3,000 kg (6,600 lb), slopes up to 30% on most models.
Key features
Why choose a Zallys transporter
Built for ramps
JESPI, HS4 and TR30 combine a 30% slope rating with a presence sensor and electromagnetic brake for safe work on ramps.
Full-shift batteries
Sealed, maintenance-free AGM batteries give about 8 working hours of continuous use. The external charger works on 110 V or 220 V.
Speed matched to the job
Tiller models use Flex-to-go with five speed levels; the M15 adjusts by potentiometer. Top speed is 5.5 km/h (3.4 mph) on most models.
Platforms and tubs
Standard or custom platforms, folding sides on three sides and tubs in several sizes. JESPI L and HS4 L add 500 mm (20 in).
Indoor and outdoor
Pneumatic wheels and a sturdy frame handle yards and job sites; zero emissions and low noise suit indoor work.
Long stock handling
M8 carries bar and tube bundles up to 3,000 kg (6,600 lb) and 4 m (13 ft) long; 6 m (19.7 ft) with optional frame.

How it works
What a Zallys electric transporter does
An electric transporter carries the load on its own deck, tub or cradle instead of towing it. The operator walks behind and drives with a tiller or handlebar, so heavy material moves without lifting, pushing or a forklift.
The Zallys Transport range has six models: the JESPI platform truck, HS4 trolley, TR30 three-wheeler, DUMPER-JET wheelbarrow, M15 platform cart and M8 bar carrier. Most run on pneumatic wheels for indoor and outdoor work, with zero emissions and low noise.

Zallys Transport: frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a transporter and a tugger?
A tugger pulls or pushes a wheeled load, such as a cart or trailer. A transporter carries the load on its own platform, tub or cradle. The Zallys JESPI does both: it carries 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) on its deck and can tow 3,000 kg (6,600 lb). Prella helps you pick the right type.
Can Zallys transporters work outdoors and on ramps?
Yes. JESPI, HS4, TR30 and DUMPER-JET have pneumatic wheels for indoor and outdoor use and are rated for 30% slopes. The M15 is built for smooth indoor floors, with superelastic wheels and a 5% maximum slope. Prella reviews your routes and ramps before recommending a model.
How long do the batteries last?
Zallys states about 8 working hours of continuous use for each Transport model, on sealed, maintenance-free AGM batteries. Charging uses an external high-frequency charger that runs on 110 V or 220 V. Actual runtime depends on load, slopes and duty cycle, so Prella sizes the setup to your shifts.
Can the platform be customized?
Yes. Zallys offers standard and custom platforms, folding sides on three sides and tubs in several sizes. JESPI L and HS4 L are 500 mm (20 in) longer, DUMPER-JET L is 200 mm (8 in) longer, and the M8 takes an optional frame for loads up to 6 m (19.7 ft).
