About Aceti Macchine
Metal finishing machines built near Bergamo since 1979
Aceti Macchine started in 1979 as a machining workshop and soon began building bevelers and belt grinders. Today it designs, builds, assembles and tests its full range at a 25,000 m² (269,100 sq ft) site in Bolgare, Bergamo, with more than 100 models in production.
Each component and each finished machine goes through electrical and mechanical testing. Machines carry the CE mark and ship with a test record and parts diagrams. Prella Technologies handles quote, delivery, start-up and service across North America.

Belt grinding machines, pipe notchers and bevelers for US fabrication shops
Aceti Macchine builds the finishing and preparation machines a fabrication shop uses every day. Belt grinding machines satin finish flat panels, straight tubes and bent tubes. Pipe notchers cut clean saddles on tubes from 20 to 245 mm (0.79 to 9.65 in) for tight fit-up before welding. Automatic plate bevelers prepare weld bevels up to 30 mm (1.18 in) on plate up to 60 mm (2.36 in) thick. The range also includes deburring machines, polishing machines, bench grinders, drill sharpeners and dust extractors, all built and tested in Italy. Every machine carries the CE mark and ships with a test record.

What size tubes can an Aceti pipe notcher handle?
Aceti belt pipe notchers cover tube diameters from 20 mm (0.79 in) on the ART.60 up to 245 mm (9.65 in) on the ART.142. The notching angle adjusts from 90° to 30°. The ART.130 also grinds longitudinal grooves thanks to a hinged belt arm that works in two positions.
Which Aceti machine fits satin finishing of stainless tubes?
For straight tubes, the ART.65 centerless machine handles Ø 10 to 115 mm (0.39 to 4.53 in). For bent and straight tubes, planetary machines such as the ART.150 and ART.160 handle up to Ø 120 mm (4.72 in). Prella can help match the model to your tube sizes and bend radii.
Are Aceti machines tested before delivery?
Yes. Aceti tests every component and each finished machine electrically and mechanically. Machines carry the CE mark and ship with a test record, the CE certificate, noise and vibration data and exploded parts diagrams.
